About this product
Many people breathe through their mouth while they sleep and wake up with a dry mouth. The Breath Strip is a small fabric strip that rests over your lips and gently encourages them to stay closed, so you breathe through your nose instead.
The fabric stretches with your face and the adhesive is gentle on skin. If you're trying mouth tape for the first time, start with a perforated style. Only use it if you can breathe easily through your nose.

Questions
Is mouth tape safe?
Only use it if you can breathe comfortably through your nose. Don't use it if you have a cold or blocked nose, have been drinking alcohol, or have a sleep or breathing condition, and talk to your doctor if you're unsure.
Should I choose perforated or plain?
If you're new to mouth taping, start with perforated strips. The small holes let some air through, which many people find reassuring.
Will it hurt to take off?
No. Peel it off slowly from one corner. The adhesive is designed to come away cleanly without leaving residue.
