Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We believe in simplicity, which means no hidden fees at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required and the option for express shipping if you need your item quicker.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process. Shipping usually takes between 7–12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on delivering to the US, UK, Europe, and Canada. If you are located elsewhere, please reach out to us at hello@quietgoods.shop, and we will do our best to find a way to get our goods to you.
The Hush Pebble
How many sounds does the Hush Pebble feature?
The Hush Pebble has 15 high-fidelity sounds designed specifically for deep sleep.
Is the light adjustable?
Yes. The integrated night light features a warm, amber glow (which doesn’t disrupt melatonin production). You can adjust the brightness levels to suit your needs, from a faint glow for overnight monitoring to a brighter light for late-night changes.
How long does the battery last?
The Hush Pebble is designed for portability. On a single charge, it can run for up to 75 hours depending on volume and light settings. It also charges easily via a standard USB-C cable (included).
Is it safe for nurseries and children?
Absolutely. The Hush Pebble is made from BPA-free, child-safe materials. It features a child-lock setting to prevent little hands from changing the volume or sound, and it meets all standard safety certifications.
Can I use it for travel?
Definitely. Its compact, lightweight design and handy silicone strap make it easy to attach to strollers, car seats, or suitcases. It’s the perfect travel companion for maintaining a consistent sleep routine on the go.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Quiet Goods. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
How do I start a return?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in our packaging, but accidents happen. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@quietgoods.shop with a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 12 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to hello@quietgoods.shop immediately if you need to make a change.
